You can access your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the manner in which these rights can be exercised from the Clarification Text provided to you, and you can submit your requests within the scope of your rights to our company by completely filling out the Application Form using one of the methods explained below.
For applications made via Registered Mail with Return Receipt or Notification through a Notary Public or in Person;
After filling out and signing the application form, you can apply to Barbaros Mahallesi, Ak Zambak Sokak, UpHill Tower, B Kule, Kat: 13, Daire: 74, Ataşehir – Istanbul by writing “Application under the Personal Data Protection Law” on the envelope/notification.
For applications via Electronic Mail;
After filling out and signing the application form, you can send an e-mail to info@ozanseymen.com using your electronic mail address registered in our company’s system. The subject line of the e-mail should state “Application under the Personal Data Protection Law”.
In applications to be made, it is mandatory for the applicant to document their identity.
Your applications submitted to us will be responded to in writing or via electronic medium according to your preference as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 (thirty) days from the date your request reaches us.
What are your rights?
• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,
• To request the correction of your personal data if it has been incompletely or incorrectly processed and to request notification of this process to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons necessitating their processing have disappeared, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request notification of this process to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against yourself by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
